Square Metre Properties was founded by Nicholas Stephenson who takes great personal
pride on the levels of service the company provides it's clients and, it's employees
knowledge of the local property market.
We have developed and maintain superb relations with significant role players in
the field of industrial and commercial property. These partnerships ensure
that if we are personally unable to assist a client, we can be sure that one of
our preferred partners will be able to and in the process, ensure the customer gets
